2 couples traveling to Mexico. Karisma properties in Mexico advised us 10 days before we left for vacation at their Azul five resort that they had moved us to another hotel they owned. We went from a rooftop 2 bedroom suite to 2 separate regular rooms at the Sensatori. They offered nothing in return not even an apology. They obviously waited so we couldn't cancel. We cancelled. Imagine if this happened to you. No vacation that you looked forward to for months. I would say their customer service and attitude needs overhauling.
