My daughter and I checked into the Daniel hotel in Herzlya. I had booked a suite. The first night, i realized that the lock was broken. I asked to have it repaired. (suite 235). It could not be repaired, and there was no suite available, therefore at 4 AM my daughter and myself were finaly moved to 2 standard rooms. I've asked a compensation for the sleepless night and the fact that I paid for a suite and got to spend my first night in really small room. I'm waiting for a reply on that matter. Will keep you posted.
