i will never ever fly with air france. they do not fit the customer service standards to operate in the uk. i had problems checking in and lost my tickets. they refuse to refund and paid twice for the same tickets. i was even told that i cannot buy one way tickets to use the return for the original one.they do not have any notion on customer service. once they pocket your money, that's it. i had 3 children with me and nobody showed any sympathy even though my wedding was being ruined. nobody phoned at least to say they were sorry this has happened. coming back, my luggage was left behind. terrible experience
