They double booked me 6 seats instead of 3, without confimring by email, mail or telephone, I contacted them to tell them about thier mistake. They want to charge £550 for cancelling thier mistaked second booking!! Spoke with a localtravel agent, he totaly agreed with me, the estate agent called them to explain thier mistake, Jane Marry told them they will try to help, today she said they will not help at all and I have to pay £550 to cancel a £950 booking which they made without my authorisation. I contacted my bank (barclays) no good, they said they cant do anything, my only choice now is to go to Menogo
