I recently reserved 11 rooms for Hershey Park Days Inn. I was told that the u had to cancel 24 hrs before check in date. Well I canceled all 11 rooms which was in my name 10 days in advance and received a cancellation number. 1 Week after the date I was to arrive I checked my debit card and was charged 11 times at 214.00 Dollars. I contacted the hotel and they advised me that I should have 11 cancellation number not one. How stupid. I left a message for the mgr to no avail I never received a phone call needless to say I received a credit. Well Monday 9/18 there was a charge again for 11 rooms. I disputed the charges with my bank and left another message for the manager Monday and also today, I have not heard from him yet.. I have contacted Better Business Bureau and have contacted a lawyer this is obviously some kind of fraud.
