EIN-PSA. Check-in slow with only one desk open. No priority boarding. Waiting to have your boarding pass checked before boarding is a joke and is more like a rugby scrum with people coming from everywhere to board first. Inflight, there is no chance to sleep. Announcement after announcement about drinks/duty free/ and their lottery. Add to this, staff quality was poor. PSA-EIN check-in was in terminal B which means you have to walk outside (in the rain) to check-in and then come back to terminal B to go through customs. There was priority boarding for this flight, but as you are bussed to the plane, they end up letting people without priority boarding into the same bus. Again, unfriendly staff. The only positives were the plane was clean and on time, but I don't think that's to be expected and not praised.
