8 hours to Aberdeen - I was booked on a flight last week from Luton to Aberdeen. We got called to the departure gate, where we had to stand for almost an hour. We were eventually told that there was a problem with the aircraft, and to return to the departure lounge. A while later we were told that there was another aircraft located for our journey, and we duly made our way to a second departure gate. We took off an hour and a half late, and were informed that visibility was good for our whole journey. By the time we got to Aberdeen, the weather had closed in and we circled the airport for 45 minutes before being diverted to Edinburgh. Eventually, we were coached to Aberdeen airport, which took three hours. If we had taken off on time, we would have got there in just over the hour. During the whole eight hours, we weren't offered so much as a glass of water. There were no Easyjet staff to greet us at Aberdeen - well, what can you expect at TWO AM.
