i am still waiting for a reply to my complaint made last november, when flying from malaga to stansted, after checking in, plane was cancelled and made to fly to gatwick, where supposedly an easyjet rep would be to meet us, no, wouldnt have been so bad but i had a connecting easyjet flight to naples,. after speaking to easyjet at the desk in malaga they assured me to keep my receipt and take a taxi and they would refund it. so after 2 hour delay we take off for gatwick where i have to run to get the taxi rank as surprise surprise no easyjet rep was there to meet and greet us at 2am what do you expect! the poor taxi guy flew around the m25 with 10 mins to spare i made the naples flight at stansted, if I had missed that flight I would not have had my 15 mins fame on the TV and it would have let down a whole tv crew, did Easyjet care, not in the slightest, the taxi cost me £100 so all in all it cost me double for my ticket, gave me so much grief and stress that now I refuse to look at easyjet as an option and do not allow my clients to book their property inspection trips with them either. An apology would have been great, 4 emails later nothing. The airline is the pits, the uniform is disgusting, the staff tacky and uneducated and the ground staff are even worse.
