US Airways poor service

Where do I start? I left Vegas to fly home direct to Edmonton Canada at midnight. The airline informed us just before boarding that the flight was oversold and a couple would not be able to fly together unless someone gave up their seat. I was alone so I volunteered - for my inconvenience I was offered a round trip ticket and a room on the strip for the night. I was then told to get my luggage from the pick up on the main level. My luggage was not there and the US airlines attendant told me they would shuttle the bags to my hotel when then arrived. They never came. The hotel was not on the strip and it was a super 8 that was so gross that i slept in my cloths. US Airways promised my luggage was waiting for my in Edmonton but it never arrived and that was 6 months ago. I called customer service department and when I got through I was not able to communicate because of a language barrier. I used the voucher a few months later only to have US Airways charge the full amount to my credit card. To this day they claim there never was a voucher used! Words can't describe the frustration - never ever will I use this horrible company again
